A Studio is suitable for singles, couples and small families of up to 3 people (incl. one person on the sofa bed)

A Lodge (= 2 Studios) is suitable for groups and families of up to 5 people. All 6 Studios (= 3 Lodges) can be booked together for groups and families of up to 18 people.

Bookings require a 30% deposit at the time of booking. Full balances must be paid in full one month (28 days) prior to arrival. Payment in foreign currencies may incur a surcharge.

A Security Deposit will be held on the credit or debit card used when you book, and any damages will be notified to you within 7 days of departure and before any payment is taken.

Visa, Mastercard

In normal circumstances, we can only refund payment if we are able to re-let your Booking, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We will refund as much of your booking rental as possible, limited by the re-booking rental price. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.

The earliest check-in is 16:00. Latest check-in is 21:00. We kindly ask that you check out by 10.00.

Are welcome. They must be well-behaved and over one year old, and should not be left inside the accommodation without adult supervision. They must be kept on a lead when out of doors and their poo picked up, bagged and disposed of in the bin. Dogs must have their own bed. If your dog jumps on furniture you must bring clean rugs to cover beds and seating areas. If extra cleaning is required after you leave you will be charged. There is a large paddock and pond area immediately outside the Lodges for guests to enjoy and use. This is shared with other guests and their dogs. We have four dogs, chickens, ducks and sheep on the farm.

All of our accommodation is ‘No Smoking’ inside.

We have a ‘shoes off’ policy indoors. Please bring indoor socks, crocks, shoes or slippers.

To safeguard our environment, we provide eco-friendly, non-toxic dishwashing & cleaning products for your use.

We encourage the use of on-site recycling facilities.

Whilst you will be provided with a door key to your accommodation upon check-in, please accept full responsibility for your own belongings whilst staying with us.
