“I am so grateful for finding Ian and his work when I did. His workshops on Ayurveda were life changing for me. His extensive knowledge, encouragement and support helped me to heal both physically and emotionally from extremely debilitating conditions such as depression, anxiety and insomnia. What makes his personal instruction so powerful and unique is his thoughtful and heart centred approach. Ian’s compassion and integrity permeates everything he teaches. And what may sound complex or overwhelming issue, Ian will effortlessly break down into simple, practical advice. He’s given me a deeper understanding of myself, and also of my relationships with family and friends. Working with Ian is an invitation to resonate at a deeper level of consciousness, and I’m so thankful every day to have been given that opportunity in my life.”  - Michelle S. Alberta Canada.
